Terms & Conditions for Use:
This part expresses the terms and conditions under which you use this site. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Novelens System:
The Novelens device and Solutions are registered medical products and approved by FDA.

Orders:
Orders can be placed online or by telephone. Your order is processed and charged to your credit card.
You may cancel your order by e-mail within 7 days providing the order has not been sent. Novelens solution is private labeled "all in one" multi-purpose solution and may be replaced with comparable quality generic solution in instances
of shortage.

Shipping:
Orders are handled daily. Shipping and handling costs apply and may vary by method of shipment and address. Customers will be notified by e-mail for approval in the event the shipping costs are higher than expected. Customers will be notified by
e-mail in the event of back orders and/or delays. No shipping to P.O. Box.

Returns:
Due to the personal use of the device and solution, only unused products may be returned. A 14 day return policy is applicable. If you intend to return your order, kindly keep in unopened original package. A return authorization number must be obtained by e-mail, marked on the package and send to address below.

Refund:
Refund will be credited to customer's credit card excluding any shipping cost only for unopened products.
